By downloading, installing, or using the “MBTI - 16 Personalities Test” mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Steven Tsui grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not allowed to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it.
All trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to Steven Tsui. The App name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
The MBTI questions and result data used in the App come from the internet. The content is provided for reference only. Steven Tsui does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the data. You use the information at your own risk.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranty. Steven Tsui shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on the data.
The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile network provider.
Steven Tsui may update or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
