The “MBTI - 16 Personalities Test” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is a free service provided by StevenTsui. By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to this Privacy Policy and all its terms. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Your continued use of the App constitutes your full consent to the practices described herein.
For a better user experience and to provide personalized features, we may collect certain information such as your gender, which is stored as a user property. This information is used solely to provide product personalization by displaying gender-specific MBTI character images and themes based on your selection, as well as for usage analytics to perform de-identified statistical analysis, such as understanding the ratio of male to female users, to help us improve the App’s features and user experience. Providing this information is voluntary; however, it is necessary for accessing the personalized visual features of the App. Except as needed to operate the service, we do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties.
We may automatically collect log data (via third-party services) for troubleshooting and service improvement purposes. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, and the configuration of the app when utilizing our service.
We may engage third-party service providers to assist in operating and analyzing the App. Specifically, this App uses Google Firebase (Google Analytics) to help us analyze how the service is used and to manage user properties. These providers have access to your information only to perform the required tasks on our behalf and are strictly obligated to keep it confidential.
We strive to protect your information using commercially reasonable methods. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
The App may contain links to other websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Our interpretation and decisions regarding this Privacy Policy are final and binding. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
